Have you ever wondered if everything that you know, that you have heard and learned is the truth? This question crosses my mind regularly. It has created a deep-seated suspicion, confusion about what I think that I know, and a desire to question just about everything. I desire to dig deeper in the hopes of finding some truth. That is if, indeed, there is such a thing left, or even if it had existed at all. I desire to revisit and explore some assertions that many of us have come to accept whole or in part as unquestionable truths.
I hope you are ready and can dare to set aside the truth and realities that have been constructed for us and have thus far shaped our perceptions of the world that surrounds us. With an open mind, we can engage in this journey in search of the truth. Along the way, I will ask questions that our cultures, traditions, and formal schooling have conditioned us to consider as facts and sometimes to perceive as taboo.
I hope you are ready, and if so, let’s go.
